The experience at this place was just perfect, with excellent food quality and smart, helpful staff attending to all guests.

Clean room, clean bathroom with a bathtub.

We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned. When we asked either in English or in Slovak, which is very similar to Polish, if this is normal, the stuff insisted that they do not understand what we mean. Also, the breakfast was quite poor, they made us feel us we are disturbing the cleaning from the previous night.

The king room was spacious with comfortable beds, making it hard to leave after just one day, I would definitely come back here.

Restaurant was good and convenient, especially after driving all day.

The room was dark (overhead lighting was insufficient) and there was only one lamp near the bed.

the restaurant has 30 years experience and the food was great :)

1. our room (couple) had no double bed - only two single beds pushed together, one of them on wheels so it kept roling away, very uncomfortable. 2. the room was dirty, not hoovered properly, had crackes in the walls, mould in the shower and no bin, no sky-tv, our bedding has not been changed on the first day, but when it was changed it revealed torn mattresses and the sheets were way too short for them so they couldn't cover the whole mattress. 3. reception staff was poor, had to look for someone when checking in, they couldn't keep up with breakfast orders. 4. people were allowed to smoke inside the restaurant during meals.

We had a just perfect stay

The hotel was excellent, clean, with a peaceful location in the centre. the room was a nice size with lovely big comfy beds, had everything we wanted. - the staff was the best and responsive to requests

The hotel is 5 km from the centre of the city and a bus line is available at 100 meters. The surround is really silence, the room furniture are really simple and well cleaned. The price include breakfast and it is excellent. I reccomend also to have dinner since the cusine is good. Personnel is young and service oriented. They speak english.

Ask always if there is any wedding party on Saturday since it can impact on the quality of staying (noising!!!).

Fairly clean hotel with very-very nice and pretty friendly staff and marvellous location not far from the highway, airport, river, zoo, as well as the airport. Large rooms with lovely big comfy beds, perfect stay! A wide range of great food for meals. Honestly no complains at all.

The pension have a good kitchen and is good if you just is travelling through. It lies very close to the river Wisla. The breakfast is ok.

In the summer the rooms can be hot and you will not open the windows because of the mosquitoes .

It was cheaper than the original quoted price. There were good bus services.

We weren't really acknowledged when we were there, but staff were friendly when we spoke to them. The breakfast was very limited.

this hotel, located between the airport and Krakow, exceeded my expectations. The clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and reasonably priced food at the restaurant, and friendly staff made our family holiday enjoyable. Highly recommend the meat dish for two! Staff spoke minimal English but were helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including freshly cooked dishes made to order. The selection of beverages was also impressive, with a range of hot and cold drinks available. The location of the hotel was convenient, especially if you have a car, as it wasn't too far from the city center. sitting outside was a nice option for enjoying the surroundings.

The shower outlet was partially blocked, causing the water to rise dangerously close to the edge. The insulation in the rooms was poor, as we could hear noise from the hallway and between rooms.
